Q: What do I need to bring to pick up my tickets?

A: Electronic tickets received in your Eventbrite confirmation email will be scanned to pick up your wristbands.

Q: I do not have or cannot find my electronic ticket. What should I do?

A: If the electronic ticket cannot be found or is not available, your ticket can be located by searching your name. You must have a valid photo ID for verification.

Q: I printed my ticket. Can I use that to pick up?

A: Yes. Your ticket can be presented either electronically or printed if desired.

Q:  Can someone else pick up my wristband for me?

A:  Yes.  You will need to provide the person picking up your wristband with an email or text granting them permission to pick up your ticket.  They must present a valid photo ID.  You may also send your electronic ticket with your QR code directly to them to be scanned.

Q: I purchased a table for multiple guests.  How can they get their wristbands?

A:  VIP and reserved seating will be required to pick up all wristbands for your party and distribute them accordingly.  We will not be able to coordinate partial pick up.
