Q: Can we bring tables for our lawn chairs?

A: No.  Tables will not be permitted in the lawn space.

Q:  Can we bring our own food?

A: Yes. You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages in soft coolers. Hard coolers will not be permitted.

Q:  Can we bring our own alcohol?

A:  Outside alcohol will not be permitted. Seven Springs Farm & Vineyards will have wine available for purchase at the event.

Q: Are pets allowed at the event?

A:  No.  Pets will not be allowed.

Q:  Will there be additional restrooms available at Seven Springs Farm & Vineyards?

A: Yes, we will have additional restrooms onsite for this event.

Q:  Are lawn chairs provided with my general admission lawn ticket?

A:  No. Chairs will not be provided by the Soul Picnic. You must bring your own chair and/or blanket.

Q:  Can we bring warming dishes?

A:  No. Warming dishes of any kind are prohibited as they present a fire hazard.

Q: Are cigars allowed?

A:  Yes.  Cigars will be allowed throughout the event and in our cigar lounge area. Cigar vendor partners will also be onsite.

Q:  Will there be a rain date for the event?

A:  No.  The event is rain or shine.

Q: Can we bring beach umbrellas?

A:  Yes. Beach umbrellas are permitted in Tent City only. They must remain within the size restrictions of 12 x 12.

Q:  What safety measure will be in place?

A:  We will have a full staff of security along with Warren County Sheriff deputies on site.

Q:  Will there be assistance for handicap guests?

A:  Yes. Golf carts will be in use to transport any guest requiring special mobility assistance from the main gate to the event space.

Q:  I can no longer attend. How can I get a refund?

A:  All tickets are final sale. No refunds are available.
